A sound journey—also known as a sound bath—is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where sound and vibration are used to bring your mind and body into a state of harmony and relaxation. During a session, you'll lie down comfortably while being "bathed" in the soothing tones of instruments like crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums. These vibrations can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional and energetic balance. No prior meditation experience is needed—just come as you are and allow the sound to guide you into a place of inner stillness.

What to Bring to a Sound Bath

Your comfort is key to fully experiencing a sound bath. Please bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported while lying on the floor. 


We recommend bringing the following:

  • Yoga mat or cushioned pad 
  • Blanket and pillow or bolster for extra support
  • Eye mask to block out light (optional)
  • Water bottle to stay hydrated
  • Comfortable clothing 

Your comfort is key to fully experiencing a sound bath. Please bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported while lying on the floor. 


We recommend bringing the following:

We also suggest arriving 10–15 minutes early to settle in and set your intention.
