Each session begins with a brief grounding and intention-setting practice. You'll then relax while five tiny, sterile needles are gently placed in specific points on each ear following the 5-Needle Point (5NP) AcuDetox protocol. Once the needles are in place, you’ll be invited to sit or recline comfortably in stillness for 20–45 minutes.
