Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice that uses vibrations from sound to restore balance in the body, mind, and spirit. This modality has been practiced for thousands of years in cultures around the world, including:

  • Tibetan & Himalayan traditions – singing bowls, chanting
  • Indigenous cultures – drums, rattles, and didgeridoos
  • Ancient Egypt & Greece – sacred sound chambers and music therapy
  • Chinese medicine 


During a sound healing session participants are asked to sit or lie in a comfortable position. They are encouraged to set an intention and then simply lie back and let the sound do the work! During the session practitioners play a variety of sound instruments including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, the gong, chimes and tuning forks. The sounds and vibrations from these instruments work with the body to promote relaxation, healing and balance.  


An overall sense of well-being is often the result of sound healing sessions. Deep levels of healing and transformation are possible as we allow the body to sink into a relaxed state of restoration and recovery.
